I had the most incredible stay at this resort right on the ocean. The view from my room was breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the Caribbean. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the island.
The only downside was that the front desk was not available 24/7, but the staff was still responsive through email.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated in the middle of the island, with beautiful views of both the Caribbean and Cancun. the rooftop pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. We had it mostly to ourselves and the views were absolutely breathtaking. the villa itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and the balcony with stunning views.
Our experience with the hotel was a bit disappointing. There was no front desk and the check-in process was confusing and inconvenient.
